PHX Met Con is built by community, for community. We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help create a welcoming, organized, family-friendly experience for guests, exhibitors, special guests, sponsors, and partners.
We welcome volunteers of all abilities and especially encourage those seeking community service hours to apply.
Volunteer opportunities may include Friday evening setup on January 29, 2027 and/or event-day support on Saturday, January 30, 2027.
Volunteers help bring the event to life across areas like:
- Exhibitor Check-In
- Guest Entry
- Special Guest Concierge
- Silent Auction & Raffle
- Setup
- Take Down
- Info Booth
- Food Sales
- Cosplay Masquerade
- Kid Zone
All volunteers will receive a PHX Met Con volunteer shirt.
