Apply to Be Part of PHX Met Con
PHX Met Con is a curated, family-friendly pop culture and community event built from the legacy of Superhero Saturday. The event brings together fans, families, collectors, cosplayers, comic lovers, bookish guests, local shoppers, first responders, and community members for a day of fandom, creativity, and connection.
We are accepting applications for:
- Exhibitors: 10×10 booth spaces only
- Food Trucks
Because space is limited, this is an application-based event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Our team will review applications to create a balanced mix of exhibitors and food trucks that fit the event, audience, and overall guest experience.

Event Details
- Event Date: Saturday, January 30, 2027
- Event Time: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Estimated Attendance: 3,000 community members, primarily youth and families
- Load-In: Load-in will begin in waves starting at 7:00 AM
- Setup Details: Full setup instructions will be sent to approved participants by January 15, 2027

Food Truck Note
Food truck spaces will be limited. Because PHX Met Con is working in partnership with nearby restaurants and Peter Piper Pizza, we are primarily looking for food vendors that add something different to the guest experience.
Priority may be given to dessert vendors, treats, beverages, and food options that support special dietary needs, such as gluten-free or other allergy-friendly offerings.
Booth and Space Details
Exhibitor spaces are 10×10 booth spaces only.
Exhibitors may request more than one 10×10 booth space on the application. Multiple booth requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on available space, category balance, and event layout.
PHX Met Con provides the approved space only. Participants are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup, including:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Canopy/tent
- Displays
- Signage
- Any needed power source
Power is not provided. If you need power, please plan to bring your own safe, appropriate power source.
Category Limits
To keep the event balanced and worthwhile for both guests and participants, PHX Met Con may limit the number of exhibitors in certain categories.
This helps reduce overlap and creates a stronger mix of art, comics, books, collectibles, fandom items, food options, community partners, and interactive experiences.
Pricing
- Early Bird Exhibitor 10×10 Booth Space: $50 through November 1, 2027
- Early Bird Food Truck Rate: $75 through November 1, 2027
- Standard Exhibitor 10×10 Booth Space: $75 after November 1, 2027
- Standard Food Truck Rate: $100 after November 1, 2027
Application and Payment Process
After you apply, our team will review your application.
If approved, you will receive an invoice within two weeks. Payment is due within two weeks of receiving the invoice.
Your spot is not secured until payment is received.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available through January 8, 2027.
No refunds will be issued after January 8, 2027.
Sales Tax / TPT Responsibility
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable City of Phoenix and Arizona sales tax / Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) requirements related to their sales at PHX Met Con.
Arizona says vendors selling at special events may need an Arizona TPT license, and Phoenix taxable business activity may require reporting Phoenix TPT.
